This beautiful baby girl was just 5 days old when I photographed her last week.  So precious and tiny.

A big thank you again to Denise's mom for making me this beautiful colorful blanket which I love using.

Ahh, spring.  Finally we can go out without freezing and take pictures.  This little cutie turned 6 months.  A serious little girl who takes in everything.  I even brought our little dog to get some smiles from her.

These three are just too cute.  The two older ones are very proud of their little sister, now six months old.  I am looking forward to meeting them again in six months.

This beautiful little girl turned one in December.  She has the most infectious smile.  Love photographing her.

Still editing all my fall sessions.  We went to the beach for this session.  The beach is always an adventure, no matter what age.

7 months and 3 years old.  So sweet.

This beautiful baby girl was born early and only weighed a little over 4lbs.  I photographed her around 10 weeks of age when she was finally home from hospital.  Her two little sisters are very excited about the new addition and there is lots of love and attention.  It was one of those sessions where I had to be very fast and capture the girls on the go.  Can't wait for the next session in 6 months.

When we met for this session, the original plan was to shoot at Willows Beach.  But it was the hottest day ever in September and the beach was packed, parking was a no go and all of Oak Bay was heading for the beach.  So we changed plans quickly and went to Dallas Road instead.  A nice cool breeze and an almost empty beach.  Perfect!  This was her 9months session and she looked adorable whatever mom put on her.  Can't wait to meet her again in three months to do the urban baby session.

I met a very spirited young man this afternoon.  It took mom and dad good two hours to get him to sleep.  He probably knew I was there taking pictures of him. Here is just one favorite.

I had so much fun photographing this little girls 6 months session.  She has the cutest expressions and the most adorable smile.  Poor parents, they are in big trouble in the years to come.  :)  Can't say no to that cute face.

As parents we all know how quickly our children change day in and day out.  Most noticeable are the changes from a newborn to a 3months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months old.  Today I finished up two books with sessions taken during these stages.  The little curled up baby is all of a sudden a curious little person wanting to explore everything in sight.

I had the pleasure photographing a super nice family the other day.  I had photographed the little boy during one of my preschool sessions this May.  It was fun to meet him again and also meet his little sister who is so sweet.

This little one just turned 6 months.  I have followed her big sister through her first year as well.  Sometimes it is hard to be the big sister and we had some tears.  But moms have a special magic touch and all was well again.

I was going through some old photographs I took of my daughter way back when I was using film.  These images were taken with black and white films at 3200 ISO.  Remember the days when you could buy film with a set ISO on it?  We have come a long way since then, and these photographs are not even that old.  They were all taken in 2002.

I photographed this couple's wedding way back in 2007.  They make their home in Calgary and now returned for a session with their new little person in their lives.  She is too adorable with her big blue eyes.

I have been photographing this little girl for a year now.  It always amazes me how quickly little ones change.  Too cute with her red hair and beautiful blue eyes.

I am so lucky to see kids grow up all the time.  I took his sister's first year pictures last year and now it is his turn.  He just turned 6 months.
